Laser Plumbing had to replace my hot water tank, from the day they assessed whether the old system was under warranty, to replacement, only took one week & I was kept informed all tge way. I would recommend them for any plumbing repairs/replacements

The RaeCo plumber who first looked at my broken ceramic cistern told me it could not be fixed. I was up for a new - plastic - cistern. The $800 charge climbed to $4,000 for two new toilets. Jakob from Laser had no problem fixing the cistern for $300. He was communicative and respectful - I’m an older person - and I felt comfortable having him in the house. Jane at Laser, who organised the appointment, was so helpful. My experience with Laser Plumbing couldn’t have been better

Huge thank you to the team at Laser Plumbing Newcastle. They cleared out our grease trap quickly and then came up with a better long term fix to redirect a pipe and bypass the problem. Super prompt and great quality work. James the plumber was really friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend their service!

The Laser Plumbing guys were excellent. They arrived when they said they would. Mitch, Jacob and Max were very friendly and efficient. They removed my old hot water system and then installed the new one without fuss despite having to overcome a few obstacles due to its location in my back yard. Mitch offered to help me with another plumbing issue and this too was expediently handled with care and efficiency … he even cleaned around the area for me. I would highly recommend LASER Plumbing to anyone who needs a good plumbing service … they are the best plumbers I have ever used.

The Laser Plumbing guys were fabulous. They are arrived on time and were friendly and efficient. I needed to have my hot water system replaced and after calling for reinforcements the new system was installed and operational in a timely manner … Mitch was amazing. Because their work was so good I asked them to fix another tap issue while they were on sight. This presented no problem and Mitch even cleaned the inside of my cupboard for me. The final bill was reasonable and I would not hesitate to use Laser Plumbing again … I would also recommend them to anyone requiring a skilled and reliable plumbing service.
